Coach Clinic Information

If anyone is interested in attending a coaching clinic, there will be one in Grande Prairie on April 9-10. Click here for more information.   If you are interested in coaching at the competitive or community levels, certification is mandatory.  The online Respect in Sports course and the online Coaching Initiation module must also be completed.

LEVEL 1/II UMPIRE CLINIC

2011 Notice to Fellow Umpires:

The dates for the Zone 8 Level I/II umpire clinics have been set.  Please mark them on your calendars & let me know if & where you are going to attend (I need this for course materials, etc.)  This is lots of notice so hopefully we can get some more umpires out.

Grande Prairie:     April 16 & 17

Dawson Creek:    April 30 & May 1st

The cost is $65.00 for Level 1 and $75.00 for Level 2.  All registered players of our association have their registration fee waived. 

Umpires must redo their certification every year.  All certified umpires will be given first preference in umpiring games and will be paid a higher rate. This is a paid position (approx. $20/game) to certified umpires.
